Anti-Butt Crack Bill

I personally like this idea, what about you?

They want to use the money to better the schools, so I'm all for it. I make my students wear suspenders because I am sick of seeing underwear and teenage butts. I always tell them, "It's great you are wearing underpants, but I don't want to see them!"

I'm sure some people will say that clothing is a type of speech and don't we have free speech? Don't we have enough respect for ourselves and others to no show off our butt cracks and underwear?

I am also curious if this bill would spawn sometime of "thong" bill for women (and unfortunately girls) whose thong rides higher than their britches.
