Ayron planted our garden last night! Hopefully, we will have tomatoes, peppers, red onion, white onion, sweet corn, carrots, squash, zucchini, cucumbers and lettuce. We have already realized that we will need a bigger garden next year. We want to be able to plant more corn and have room for some spinach and potatoes as well as an herb garden. We also are hoping that we managed to save the corner of the garden that had asparagus and chive already growing. Guess time will tell.
I guess my next step is to learn how to can all of the vegetables so they don't go bad....I am sure youtube has a video that will teach me.
