Conflict

I am not one to enter into conflict. I don't like it. Heck, I avoid it if I can. I now have to create a conflict. I have to deal with a very stressed out family and inform them that their child is no longer allowed in my program. I am sure that I will be yelled at, at the very least. I know that most of the anger is not at me, but it gets directed at me. I just hate taking the blame for others actions. This should not be a fun phone call or report to write.
